Each products you order is shipped after a proper checking and we hope that the product is upto your expectations and fits you perfectly!

We understand that the product may not be upto your expectations sometimes. In such a case, we will be happy to do an exchange for you.

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must need to make unboxing vedio to show us(proof).*

Returns sent back to us without approval would not be accepted.

will exchange order as per your requirements and as soon as your return order is received and inspected, if approved, we’ll dispatch the exchange order or we will issue the store credits as per your convenience. You’ll be notified of the order and dispatch on WhatsApp on the provided phone no. or email.Please note that in cases where the requested color is out of stock, we may dispatch an alternative color based on product availability. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that this does not compromise the quality of the product

Refunds:

 Refunds are only processed based on product unavailability due to some reason or in case of fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation. 

*Only amount of service charges will  deducted in case of refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information,

You may cancel an order before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. After an order is shipped, then we will have to process the cancellation with our logistics partners. This takes about 24 hours, and in some cases, delivery attempts may also be made.

Once an order is delivered, we follow our return policy to determine further actions.

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction. Goods once sold will only be taken back or exchanged as per the DRESSAPP exchange/return policy.

Company shall not pay any charges for Legal Notices and will not entertain any legal notices for issues with the orders.

Please note that all customer claims and requests for return/refund shall be subject to DRESSAPPĀ satisfaction.Ā
